How Class Works?

Each online course, like regular campus courses, includes required reading and other assignments.  Students taking a course that includes a laboratory are provided laboratory files that allow the lab assignments to be completed on a computer from home with no use of chemicals or laboratory equipment.  Class is conducted independently with deadline dates for assignments/exams with no scheduled "day/time" for being online.

No attendance at a campus laboratory is required.  Completed class and lab assignments are submitted electronically via the internet. 

Chapter quizzes are taken at home on the computer, while the comprehensive exams are taken at approved testing facilities or with an approved proctor.

Close e-mail contact is maintained with each student.  Class members have access to an online gradebook so they can check on assignments and scores at any time.
